The experience gained throughout the period of our company's operation in the field of facility operation and property management - confirmed by professional experience - allows us to confidently offer you the range of services we provide.

As the Amore Foundation, we have been operating locally since 2021, engaging in various types of assistance to all those in need of support, especially people with disabilities, the sick, and those at risk of social and social exclusion.

Today, we are the voice of Wiktor Nikisz and we kindly ask for your support – literally every single proverbial “złoty” – by making a donation towards an orthopedic surgery for Wiktor, which would save him from spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair.

Wiktor Nikisz turned 15 on November 1, 2023, and has been under constant medical care since infancy due to a neurological condition, cerebellar hypoplasia, and significant intellectual disability. He requires ongoing rehabilitation, including for existing orthopedic problems. Currently, Wiktor is consulting with doctors at the Paley Clinic, which has offered to perform specialized surgery in Poland to save Wiktor from any mobility limitations—meaning, spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair.

In this incredibly beautiful time of Advent and waiting for the Birth of the Divine Child, we decided to support Wiktor's parents through a direct sale of products:

This noble goal for which we are working together will bring Wiktor great joy and give Wiktor's parents hope and faith in a better future that they have been building for their child for 15 years.

• Legal services in the field of real estate management, conducting legal activities related to the administration and management of facilities, including representation before public administration bodies.

• Strategic and operational planning - preparation of annual and multi-annual economic plans.

• Providing accounting and financial services, which include:

  • financial and accounting reporting,

  • verification of invoices and cost and income statements in terms of content and form.

  • keeping current records of costs and revenues,

  • making ongoing cost calculations that take into account the needs and expectations of the owners of the premises in the common property,

  • maintaining a system for settling fees for common property,

  • conducting debt collection and taking steps towards debtors,

  • calculating the fees for covering the costs of maintaining the common part of the property.

Technical service

As part of our technical facility services, we provide operational, maintenance, and repair services. We guarantee the implementation of a set of technical measures to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and long-term operation of installation infrastructure, equipment, and technological nodes, as well as the maintenance of the building structure in a non-deteriorating condition.

The set of declared technical measures includes:

• Servicing of telecommunications installations and automation systems.

• Operation of installations and distribution boards for control and measurement equipment:

  • Fire protection systems and devices.

  • Guaranteed power supply and emergency power supply devices.

  • Maintenance of networks, receiving equipment, accessories and lighting.

  • Measurements of resistance and insulation of electrical circuits, zeroing efficiency.

• Servicing of water and sewage systems, central heating, central hot water and hydrant systems, including:

  • Hydrophore stations, pumping stations and heating stations.

  • Installation networks and receiving devices.

  • Filters, settling tanks, clarifiers and separators.

  • Measuring devices and systems.

• Servicing of ventilation and air conditioning systems, including:

Maintaining cleanliness

Fundacja Amore offers a comprehensive package of cleaning services, including maintenance of cleaned surfaces. We strive to identify the individual needs of unit owners in shared facilities to best meet the expectations and respond to residents' suggestions. We tailor our proposals to your expectations and budgetary assumptions for the given fiscal year.

We establish detailed job descriptions and activities for subordinate staff, and we adapt technical resources to the function and specifics of the facility, taking into account the preferences of unit owners. We clean facilities at times convenient for users. We guarantee thorough, ongoing quality control.

We use eco-friendly cleaning products from reputable manufacturers. Our trained, reliable, and courteous employees are employed in accordance with labor law and wear aesthetically pleasing, uniformed workwear.
