Information about GDPR for Housing Communities
1. The controller of personal data of apartment owners is the relevant Housing Community (hereinafter referred to as the ADO).
2. This information has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation),
Fundacja Amore with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000119828, is a processor within the meaning of the Regulation, i.e. it processes your personal data on behalf of the Housing Community.
4. Personal data are processed on the following legal basis and for the following purposes:
a. Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter c and d of the Regulation – the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller and the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, consisting in the management of common real estate within the meaning of the Act of 24 June 1994 on Ownership of Premises (Purpose). Personal data are processed for the period in which the tenant whose personal data relates is a member of the Housing Community and for the period until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims.
b. Article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the Regulation – processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the controller, consisting in fulfilling accounting, tax, fiscal, insurance and social obligations arising from or related to the affiliation of the owner of the premises whose data relates to the Housing Community.
c. Article 6, paragraph 1, point c of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, consisting in archiving and storing documentation related to the management of the common property. Personal data will be processed for a period of up to 10 years from the termination of processing based on other legal bases.
5. The recipients of personal data are the Housing Community Management Board, the owners of the premises, employees of Fundacja Amore authorized to process personal data, and may be other entities processing personal data within the meaning of the Regulation, i.e. entities providing administrative, financial or legal IT services.
6. You have the right to access your data and to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – under the terms set out in the Regulation (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation).
7. Providing personal data is a statutory requirement. Providing personal data is not a condition for entering into a contract. Every owner of a property belonging to a Housing Community is obligated to provide personal data. Failure to provide personal data could expose the property owner or the Housing Community to harm and affect mutual rights and obligations.
8. PDA does not process personal data in the process of automated decision-making, including profiling.
9. All questions related to the processing of personal data of members of the Housing Community are answered by the administrators.

As the Amore Foundation, we have been operating locally since 2021, engaging in various types of assistance to all those in need of support, especially people with disabilities, the sick, and those at risk of social and social exclusion.
Today, we are the voice of Wiktor Nikisz and we kindly ask for your support – literally every single proverbial “złoty” – by making a donation towards an orthopedic surgery for Wiktor, which would save him from spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair.
Wiktor Nikisz turned 15 on November 1, 2023, and has been under constant medical care since infancy due to a neurological condition, cerebellar hypoplasia, and significant intellectual disability. He requires ongoing rehabilitation, including for existing orthopedic problems. Currently, Wiktor is consulting with doctors at the Paley Clinic, which has offered to perform specialized surgery in Poland to save Wiktor from any mobility limitations—meaning, spending the rest of his life in a wheelchair.
